Which measurement should I pay extra attention to?
The most important measurement is the chest, as this will determine how loose or tight the zip-up hoodie will be. Make sure you're as accurate as possible.

How does the sizing chart work?
The chart shows the exact measurements of our zip-up hoodies. For comfort leave about 1"/2.5cm for comfort.

What if my dog is between sizes?
We always recommend to order the bigger size. Some more room for movement is much more comfortable for your dog.

My dog has a lot of fur. Should I include that in my measurement as well?
Yes, definitely. Fluffier dog breeds should have their fur compressed slightly but comfortably when measuring.

Are the drawstrings on the hood just for display or functional?
The drawstrings are functional. They can be used to tighten the hood if needed.

100% of our products are designed in the U.S. Products are usually made and shipped from a location closest to you depending on raw materials availability and backlog. We have access to manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico and Europe. Some items are only made in the U.S. and will take longer to receive if you live outside of this region.
Please bear in mind that items are printed, cut, sewn and made-to-order. Allow 3-4 days of processing/printing prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on your location in the world. U.S. orders usually take 7 to 10 days for receipt once printing has been completed.
If you live in Europe, your shipping times average 10 to 20 days from the time the item in constructed.
To minimize shrinkage, reduce pilling, and prolong the life of the garment and/or the print.
- Turn inside out.
- Wash cold or warm on Gentle Cycle.
- Hang to dry or dry on Low Heat.
- Steam release wrinkles in garment
Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
Do NOT use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
- Do NOT iron the print
N.B. Turn t-shirts inside out and iron with cool temp on the opposite side of the print to remove wrinkles; otherwise steam release as with other garments.
